IT´S ALL ABOUT YOU !!!
Amid the uncertain
times we are living in, there is a little bit of anguish about how we tackle
all variables we are seeing around the world, about how we deal with our mental
health to not be infected by the news outlets. And we keep on going with our
lives spreading what we hear from others, repeating the same thing as parrots.
And often, we spin out of control being in this eternal vicious circle. So,
here we are in this matrix, where it seems there is no way to get out and, in
this scenario, we may think that we have to bend and feel convicted for all the
sins of the world, praying for better days right? It is easy to be dominated by
the dramas of the world. It is easy to be gloomy. It is easy to be hooked and
get lost in your thoughts. It Is simpler. You are one more in the middle of the
crowd. Well, I want to call your attention to the main core over here: YOU!!! And
please realize that I am not underestimating what is going on with the world. I
am not underestimating all this global kerfuffle. It exists and we have to face
it in the best possible way. My proposal here is to swap off this litany and
thoughts that mumbles into your head for gratitude. And for sure we have many
things to be grateful for - at our homes, in our job, and in our life. Just pay
attention. If you make an effort, if you try harder, after some time you are
going to see many blessings all around you. Remember, this is a mesmerizing
process of bailing yourself out. So, everything is about you. You share your
talents, hopes, dreams, and aspirations with other people and there will be
always someone ready to smile at you when you need it. It is Everything because
you are blessed and thankful for everything you have got and accomplished. If
these words make sense to you, get out of the mud, get out of this matrix. It is
all about you. It is not easy to take a step but I earnestly hope you are able
to do it, for your good. Here, I leave you some notes in case you are
interested - a) Get excited about being thankful. Do a list of 5 things to be
grateful for every day; b) Be thankful for things you have; c) Let people know
you appreciate them; d) Be thankful to your clients and suppliers; e) Use
gratefulness turning your vibrations to a higher place; f) Appreciate yourself,
avoiding self-criticism saying every day “Good Job”, “Excellent choice”.
Remember – It´s all about you. I am not here telling you to forget the world
outside. But I am here to tell you to be careful about your inside to enjoy who
you are. The real you. It is all about you. Thank you.
